Why I only open on weekends
I kept meeting people who knew their car needed work and just couldn't get to it — every workshop nearby is open exactly when they're at their job. So it was either burn a day of leave or hope the noise under the bonnet waited a few more weeks. I figured if working people can only get to a mechanic on the weekend, that's when a mechanic should be open. So now I am — every Saturday and Sunday, one bay, one set of hands, appointment only.
